The Salvation Army Employee Health Plan offers wellness coverage at 100% in network, Single or Family medical coverage including prescription drug coverage with optional Dental, Vision, and Hearing benefits all at low employee cost.

Basic and voluntary term life insurance, short term disability coverage, optional long term disability coverage, supplemental insurance coverage options, employer-funded pension plan, educational assistance

Paid Time Off benefits, include paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal days.

Part-time employees who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible for the voluntary term life insurance, short term disability coverage, supplemental insurance coverage options, employer-funded pension plan, and some paid absence time.
